Bringing over 25 years of entertainment business experience as an actor and casting director for commercials, films and television shows, Bill helps productions find unique talent and fresh faces.

Andrea unites with Bill to provide even more specialty casting services through her background as a private investigator, breaking the casting mold and digging deep for the people no one else can find.
Director of Marketing
Connie Redd joined Marinella Hume Casting team in the spring of 2014. As Director of Marketing, she has helped develop the MHC brand as well as had a role in marketing, human resources, project planning and casting.
Connie is a native of Atlanta and an alumnae of University of West Georgia where she received a BBA in Management. After graduation, Connie became a recruiter for Nationwide recruiting firm. She received numerous awards of excellence and obtained the coveted Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) designations. She then served 7 years as the State Trainer for CPCs. Connie’s career took off and over the next 14 years, her experiences included Director of Executive Search for a startup executive Search company, Human Resource Recruiter recruiter for a large manufacturing company and a business owner.
Connie is known for her outgoing personality, creativity and determination. She is an active member in her community and a tireless volunteer donating her time and financial resources to numerous community projects. Her community ties and client alliances gives her an extensive network and understanding of business development as well as client satisfaction.
Over the span of her varied career, Connie has built a reputation for being able to fill even the most difficult positions due to her understanding of talent acquisitions and carefully listening to the clients’ needs. It has been a seamless transition into the world of finding background talent for the film industry.

Executive Casting Director
Joined in 2010, a native of North Carolina, she developed her acting skills while in college at Winston Salem State University and Guilford College, while obtaining her degrees and certifications, she worked full time as A Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator. Prior to doing so, she also worked in Television and Radio Broadcasting.
While attending college she combined her studies and credits in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Management, Television/Radio Broadcasting and Theatre into an Interdisciplinary Degrees that housed her education. She holds a certification/concentration in Human Resource Management as well.
After College, she began honing her craft under the direction of her acting coaches Burgess Jenkins of North Carolina and Chantelle Christopher in Atlanta, Ga (known for Tyler Perry’s plays).
In this forever changing industry, Andrea combines and utilizes her organizational skills from the corporate world along with her Theatre/Acting experiences in the world of casting.
Over a decade of experience in Radio/TV Broadcasting, TV/Film/Sports/Commercial Production, and Entertainment Events. Joined the MHC team in 2014 and have been casting major productions in Film, TV, and even Microsoft Xbox games. Recently finished up Season 4 of the popular Netflix series of House of Cards. Experience in film production and professional video editing gives her the eye for finding the right look for your casting needs!
Robb has been working in the entertainment industry since 2008, beginning with his days at film school in Orlando, Florida before relocating to Atlanta, Georgia in 2010 to work in the state’s blossoming film industry, officially joining the MHC family in early 2014. He has experience from working on over two-dozen productions on all scales, including indie projects, television shows, and major motion pictures. When he’s not on set or behind the desk at the casting office, Robb enjoys writing, photography, cooking, and spending time with family.
Dashia officially started casting with Marinella Hume in 2013, but worked on many independent film projects previously. Throughout high school and college she loved worked at Talon Falls Screampark and felt right at home while working on shows like Constantine, The Ring, and Sleepy Hollow.
Somedays, she likes dressing up like a monster and scaring people, and other days, being a princess and entertaining kids at birthday parties. She’s even known to have actually booked people while dressed as Elsa.
Elise Weisengoff is a Baltimore native who recently relocated to Atlanta to take advantage of the vibrant film scene. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University in 2012. From there, she moved to Los Angeles and worked at Intuition Productions as an administrative assistant.
Elise started in extras casting on an indie film called Ping Pong Summer, filmed in Ocean City, MD. From there, she’s worked on numerous other films and TV shows, such as April Come She Will, TRI, and three seasons of Netflix’s House of Cards. In her downtime, she enjoys hiking, swimming, and watching Netflix.
